Reidy is a gifted yoga instructor. I recently had the privilege of attending a private yoga session with her... She had a keen listening ear to tune into my needs and preferences and proceeded to lead me on a truly transformative practice. It is a tremendous skill to hear a student, coach a student and know exactly when to push, offer gentle words, or suggest an alternative. One has to have compassion and humility in addition to a wide knowledge of all things yoga and anatomy. Reidy has it all.
